A cooling and uplifting oil that evokes mental clarity. Lemongrass is known as one of the best cleansing agents and insect repellents.
Best ways to use Lemongrass essential oil:
- Direct Palm / Nasal Inhaler: Place a drop of oil in the palm of your hand, gently rub the hands together, cup your hands around your nose and take a deep breath in through the nose. You can also add several drops to nasal inhaler and breathe in throughout the day. You can repeat multiple times though out the day.
- Diffuser: Lemongrass is a wonderful oil to diffuse throughout the whole house to liven the spirits and purify the air (great to mix with lavender)
- Cleanser: add lemongrass essential oil and water to a spray bottle to disinfect your working station, children’s room or anywhere that might need a quick cleanse (add eucalyptus and lavender to a clean refreshing scent).

Bergamot, chamomile, clove, eucalyptus, ginger, lavender, myrrh, rose geranium, patchouli and rosemary.
Fun facts: Lemongrass is in the same family as citronella and palmarosa. Lemongrass can work up to 30 min as a bug repellent.
