Many years ago, before we had an industrialized food system, our ancestors relied on foraging for wild edibles for sustenance and plants for medicine.
The aim of this course is to learn the basic steps for identifying a plant and to how to safely use them for food and medicine. You will also learn many other uses of the plants around you.
Come join us to rekindle the wisdom of our ancestors.
We will consume some foraged food but please bring a lunch. We will contact you a couple days before for location.
