    Leave your apprehensions about food fermentation at home for this informative and hands-on class. In this class, part one of our fermentation series, we will cover lacto-fermentation of veggies: kraut, kimchi, pickles and more. We'll start with some theory behind fermentation, fermentation container selection, safety practices and more. Space is limited, please sign up early to reserve your spot.
